European Union: EES and ETIAS Travel Information
Update – July 31, 2025: The official EU website on the Entry/Exit System (EES) states that the system will commence a progressive introduction from October 12, 2025, with full implementation by April 10, 2026.

Visa-Free Entry to Argentina for Certain Nationals
Argentina now permits nationals of China and the Dominican Republic to enter the country without an Argentine consular visa or Electronic Travel Authorization (AVE), provided they hold a valid U.S. tourism or business visa.

Mandatory Online Customs Form in Ecuador
Effective July 29, 2025, all travelers entering or leaving Ecuador, through airports or other border points, must complete an online Customs Registration Form (Formulario de Registro Aduanero – FRA).

Azerbaijan and Mainland China Implement Reciprocal Visa Exemption
Effective July 16, 2025, Azerbaijan and China have implemented a mutual visa-free regime, allowing nationals of either country to enter the other country for visa-free stays of up to 30 days per visit.

UK ETA Required for European Travellers
UPDATE April 9, 2025: Effective April 9, 2025, the application fee for a UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) will rise from £10 to £16.
